60 or less= excellent
61 to 80= good/average
81 to 100= high (acceptable)
101 or more= abnormally high (not good)

I encourage you to add other things that you may want to track overtime. For example, if you deal with any pain, log that and indicate your pain level between 1 and 10. Log how tired you feel after walking up a flight of stairs, etc. I just included the basics to test your fitness.
