DAILY ROUTINE section

Organizing your days

To organize the days of every exercise simply go into the day page and change the number of the day. So for example if you want to Rest on Day 1 go into the rest page and change the title for “Day 1”. And as simple as that you can change every day as you want.

Every day will have on its page the exercises organized and when you click on one exercise you will find a video that will guide you through the exercise. When you are on that page you can click on the “Done” box so you know what are the videos you’ve already watched. Also, you can give the video a score between 1-5 so you can keep track of the exercises you liked the most and you can repeat them more often.

HABIT BUILDER section

This calendar view will create a new page every day, so you can easily see the days where you did not complete your exercise habit. You only have to click on the “Completed” box that appears on the calendar view.

A little message will appear below the “Completed” box, it will depend if you’ve done your exercises or skipped a day, so stay consistent!
